Today, on Giving Tuesday, the employees of Capital Healthcare Services and Harmony Home Healthcare prepare donations for “Hope for the Holidays”, a Christmas gift drive for Project STAR of The Children’s Institute. Project STAR, through Pittsburgh’s STAR 100.7 radio station, serves local foster and adoptive families of children with special needs or circumstances. This initiative was spearheaded by Harmony Home Healthcare’s Private Duty Client Service Manager and Core Value Team member, Shannon Gutwald. With her leadership, and donations from the internal employees of Capital Healthcare Services, we were able to sponsor eight families with holiday donations!
